Sales representatives were generating quotes and collecting payment information through a legacy quoting system that operated outside of Salesforce®.
As a result, critical payment, subscription, and customer data never flowed back into Salesforce or the organization’s accounting platform, Accounting Seed.
The Solution
We designed and delivered a custom quote-to-cash solution that integrated Salesforce®, Stripe, Accounting Seed, and a custom Salesforce Site into a single, streamlined workflow.
Sales reps could create and send quotes directly from Salesforce, while customers completed signature and payment securely through a branded Salesforce Site. Payment and subscription details were automatically captured in Stripe and synchronized back into Salesforce and Accounting Seed, ensuring accurate financial data across systems.
The Outcome
The business gained a fully connected quote-to-cash process with real-time visibility into opportunities, payments, and subscriptions.
Manual reconciliation was eliminated, data accuracy improved, and both sales and finance teams now operate from a single source of truth, resulting in shorter sales cycles, faster payment collection, improved reporting, and a scalable foundation to support recurring revenue and future growth.
