The Solution
We architected a secure, multi-cloud integration leveraging Salesforce® Apex, AWS Lambda, Python-based matching logic, and direct MySQL database queries to synchronize filer intelligence with CRM accounts. The integration executes deterministic File ID validation and intelligent fuzzy name matching to accurately associate external filing records with Salesforce accounts, embedding structured filing visibility directly into the sales workflow.
The Outcome
By surfacing proprietary filing intelligence within Salesforce, representatives gain access to relevant document history and secure deep links into the external platform transforming isolated product data into actionable sales insight.
